2.0 DESTINATION PROFILE: SOUTH AFRICA Often called the rainbow nation, is a country filled with unique fascinating and inspiring experiences, as it offers a wide range natural landscape throughout the region, a wide variety of species, game reserves as well as the diverse mix of people and culture It is one of the top leisure destinations in the world, with its rich diversity and culture, and picture. It remain as the most favoured destination in Africa as well financial strong hold of the region. The country is very much popular among tourists as it is well developed, in terms if infrastructure, activities and offers world class services. (Manyathi,. Table Mountain- Overlooking the city of Capetown and the famous Robben Island, it serves as both a historical attraction and also offer a wide range of activities. ï ¶ 3. Drakensburg Mountain- A popular destination as it is the highest mountain range in Southen Africa as well as the highest cliff in the world. ï ¶ 4.
